A gold award Girl Scout and licensed General Contractor with almost 20 years of landscape and construction experience, owner Tyler Phillips is motivated to apply her exceptional eye for detail to your indoor and outdoor projects.

 

She started out as a landscaper in the early 2000’s working for Handyman Hank, a General Contractor and retired Navy Seabee based out of Hadley, MA. Tyler was managing Handyman Hank’s 4-season landscape division after two seasons of training, and continued to study with Hank for a decade. In the winters she apprenticed in the construction and maintenance division of the firm learning everything from the upkeep of 100 year old town buildings to the discretion required to care for the homes and offices of public figures, elected officials, and authors.

 

Since she incorporated Axiom in 2011, and building on her concrete commitment to leadership development, Tyler has been cultivating Axiom’s formal employee training program which features a bi-annual review as well as periodic training in all aspects of professional job site conduct, construction and landscape safety, technical skills, team leading, and collaboration.
